The Porsche Panamera Test Drive Event Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes")
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND OR TEST DRIVE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
In order to enter the Sweepstakes, a participant may test drive a Porsche Panamera sedan or other Porsche vehicle at a participating Area West Porsche authorized dealership located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington only, and complete and submit the participant survey by noon. Pacific Time ("PT") on July 30, 2010. If the participant does not want to test drive a Porsche vehicle, the participant may still enter the Sweepstakes by completing the contact information section only of the survey and submitting it by noon PT on July 30, 2010. All entries/survey must be deposited at a participating Area West Porsche authorized dealership at the designated entry point by the stated deadline in order to be eligible. Sweepstakes is sponsored by the participating Area West Porsche authorized dealerships listed at www.porschedealer.com/porschetestdrive (and available by calling 1-800-PORSCHE) (collectively, "Sponsors"). Entries that are late, lost, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, forged, unintelligible or otherwise not incompliance with these Official rules will be disqualified.
All Sweepstakes entrants must be 21 years or older. All entrants who take a test drive in a Porsche vehicle must possess a current, valid US drivers license and insurance. Sweepstakes only open to permanent legal residents of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington. Employees, officers and directors of each of the Sponsors, Porsche Cars North America, Inc. ("PCNA") and Porsche Logistics Services (as well as immediate family members and persons residing at the same address as the persons covered by the above) are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Void outside of the above-listed states and where prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per person. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
There is one (1) Grand Prize which is a 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and two of his/her guests to Carlsbad, California between August 9, 2010 and August 11, 2010. Prize includes: roundtrip coach airfare for winner and his/her two guests to a major commercial airport serving Carlsbad, California from the major commercial airport closest to the winner's permanent residence at the time of entry; ground transportation for winner and his/her two guests to and from the destination airport and La Costa Resort and SpaŽ in Carlsbad, California; one 18-hole round of golf for one winner and his/her two guests with LPGAŽ golfer Christina Kim at La Costa Resort and SpaŽ on August 10, 2010; and two nights hotel accommodations for one standard room for winner and his/her two guests. Both of winner's guests/travel companions must be 21 or older. The winner and the two guests are responsible for all costs associated with meals, beverages, any room services or spa expenses. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is $3,000. Winner is responsible for reporting and payment of any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Air transportation is subject to terms and conditions stated on tickets and various material restrictions. In the event that winner is located within 200 miles of Carlsbad, California, Sponsors (in their sole discretion) may replace air transportation element of prize with ground transportation to Carlsbad. Trip must be taken between August 9, 2010 and August 11, 2010 (or other dates determined solely by Sponsors) at times to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsors. Winner and his/her two guest will be required to sign and return affidavits of eligibility and publicity/liability releases (collectively, "Affidavits") in order to be awarded a prize. Winner will be required to possess and present a valid major credit card when traveling. Prize may not be exchanged. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of Prize permitted by the Winner. Sponsors and PCNA may substitute prize (or an element of a prize) with one of equal or greater retail value if prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason. There is no retail value associated with Christina Kim's participation in the golf element of the prize. In the event Ms. Kim is unavailable to participate in the golf activity for any reason, this element of the prize will be cancelled without further compensation (though winner and his/her guests may still have the opportunity to play one 18-hole round of golf without Ms. Kim). Unless indicated otherwise, all expenses associated with the prize or the use of the prize are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. In PCNA's sole discretion, a selected winner may be disqualified if a selected winner: (i) is unreachable; (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (iii) does not comply with the Affidavits; (iv) does not comply with the other requirements of PCNA and/or La Costa Resort and SpaŽ; or (v) does not return the Affidavits by Thursday, August 5, 2010 (or other date determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). If a selected winner is disqualified, Sponsors may select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries in accordance with these Official Rules, if time permits.
The winner will be randomly chosen by Porsche Logistics Services on or about Monday, August 2, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. All entries become the property of PCNA.
The winner will be notified by email, telephone and/or letter (which will be accompanied by the Affidavits) sent via FedEx during the week of August 2, 2010.
By entering, each entrant agrees (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, PCNA and Porsche Logistics Services which are final and binding in all respects; and (ii) that Sponsors, PCNA and Porsche Logistics Services are not responsible for (a) any injuries, damages, losses or liability involving the Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, lost Sweepstakes entries, or (b) any printing, typographical, administrative, human or technological errors or omissions with respect to entry materials or in any material associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) should any cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner from among the eligible entries received prior to and/or after such action in such manner as determined to be fair and appropriate by Sponsors. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
